We have been advised by the current shared owners of 12 Frickers Paddock that they wish to move and will now be looking for a new purchaser. As you may be aware, the homes are part of an affordable housing development designed to meet the needs of local people.

As per the S106 Agreement we are obliged to find a local buyer from the village of Chilmark, but also from the surrounding villages, such as yours named in the S106. I wonder therefore if you might be so kind as to circulate the attached poster electronically and if you have a Parish newsletter we would be grateful if you were able to mention the details of the resale therein, perhaps saying ‘Three bedroom shared ownership house available to a local person, £142,500 for a 50% share – please contact Pam Howard of English Rural Housing Association on 01483 540873 for details – further details can be found on English Rural’s website at
